Steve Jobs: Wanna be porn? Please Purchase Android
Android operating system became a target Apple boss Steve Jobs. According to him, people who liked to pornography can get an Android phone, but not in the iPhone.Jobs' remark was made in the reply e-mail on an Apple customer. Consumers named Matthew browsing questioned why Apple is often no clear reason to block applications, including applications nasty smells.
Jobs admitted there are some errors in screening applications to the App Store, eg prohibition of application of the Pulitzer-winning cartoon from Mark Fiore. However, he firmly stated there was no place for dirty smelly applications in Apple's App Store.
"Fiore Applications will soon be on display soon in stores applications. Because, (blocking) it is a mistake," Jobs wrote in an e-mail reply, which quoted from Sfgate, Wednesday (04/21/2010).
"However, we believe that we have a moral responsibility to keep pornography away from the iPhone. Those who wanna be a porn can buy an Android phone," he wrote again.
Not only this once declared Jobs Android phone is very open to pornography. Earlier in the iPhone 4.0 preview event, he also commented about the pornography on Android.
"You know, there is a pornography shop for Android. You can download pornography there, as well as your kids. This would not have us follow," he said then.
Apple is known for strict filtering pornography applications. Few contain nasty things, an application usually will destroy directly from the App Store.
